Judith, from Hampshire, UK, made this balloon card for her Dad. She made it using using rainbow holographic paper that she bought while on holiday in Germany.
Roger Peterson, from Florida in the US, made the balloon on light blue card stock so it looks like it's floating then added some clouds for accent. To make it look like a hot air ballon, he added a basket attached to the balloon with ribbon.
Lisa, from Oklahoma in the US, made this card for a friend using the balloon pattern along with 2 patterns, the sun and cloud, from the 'Memories of Summer' iris folding challenge available on this site.
The finished card size is 5-1/2” X 8-1/2” (full sheet of cardstock turned into a half-fold card). She printed, scanned, and reduced the cloud, sun, and balloon patterns. For the iris folding she used regular, foil, iridescent, and washi origami papers.
Annette, from Eastern Pennsylvania in the US, made this balloon themed birthday card.
